If you contact us by email, we hold the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company, and the details of your enquiry. If we carry out an audit, we hold the business information needed to do that work, under a separate agreement.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where we work together, performance of a contract.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use standard business tools (such as email hosting) to operate; those providers process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Records relating to paid work are kept as long as legally required.
